The Forbes list of World's Billionaires revealed a grand total of 1,826 Billionaires worldwide. Of that grand total, only 11 are Black, and only two; Oprah Winfrey and new member to the Black Billionaires club, Michael Jordan, are Black American.

The Genographic Project has been able to track the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) through the maternal line. This method allowed them to trace our mtDNA back to a common ancestor for every one on the planet. This genetic "Eve" lived on an African savannah some 150,000 years ago.
