What is Independent Research?
The term Independent Research can take on several meanings. For this discussion it means completing research independently from a teacher, outside of a conventional classroom environment and away from structured lessons.
Thanks to the internet, we are given an opportunity unlike any other that has ever existed. We are given an opportunity to access countless amount of information and complete endless amounts of research, in despite of if we are in an academic setting or our pajamas. As a result, individuals tend to take a position that, there are no reasons to be unaware of anything. This position tends to draw a quandary of sorts because how can you research something if you never thought about it or you aren't aware that it even exist?
To address this issue we have created a list of some of our most INFLUENTIAL LEADERS, BOOKS that we feel that we must READ, **STUDIES which we must be aware of as a people and **RESEARCH TANKS that current exist. These four areas of awareness and study will be imperative to our success as a people.
Before you can address any issue, it is imperative that you complete the necessary research to be able to address it appropriately.
*It should be noted that, we may not agree with all positions stated by all individuals listed but for learning purposes, it is essential to hear their argument.
